Welcome to the Mini Muse Art Series
I've been painting on and off with watercolor and acrylics since about 2016. It became a daily practice supplementing my meditation and quiet time as I would prepare for the day ahead. As other creative endeavors have diverted my energy and attention, painting is now more of a spontaneous practice. A reminder of the joy that lives within me. Painting helps me access this joy instantly. It quiets my overthinking mind and helps to balance the energy I hold for clients in my healing practice.
